How do I get started?
Complete the Special Order Intake Form in the top navigation of the Company Store, as thoroughly as possible, including key information on your recipients, budget, shipping destinations and requested in hand date. Missing or incomplete information can stall the process.
Can I use my original art for a special order?
Yes, though the design as shown with master brand is preferred, special orders are available for custom artwork. Please note that designs must undergo brand review which can lengthen the process. Original art cannot be co-located with the master brand logo without approval.
Are there more options than what is included in the store?
Items in this store were pre-approved by the Brand team and make for easy ordering. However, we can source from thousands of products to identify the right fit for you.
I need help collecting addresses for a gift selection, can you help?
Yes, your Account Manager can set up a form for you to distribute to your recipients and work with you on a timeline for collecting data and setting your date for order fulfillment.
Are there limitations on what I can ship to a global audience?
Yes, there are some limitations for shipping products internationally. Your account manager will consult with you on any limitations based on your shipping locations. The catalog notes availability of these products in each regional hub. When possible we will match products in each region, however there may be need to source like-for-like depending on regional availability.
How can I order a large number of gift codes?
