BRANDITO, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, (“we”, “our”, “us” or “BRANDITO”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how we collect, process, retain, and disclose personal data about you when providing services to you through our websites, products and services (our “Services”) and our practices for using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This Policy applies to information we collect:

- Scope of this Policy. BRANDITO acts as a “data controller” ‘or “business” or similar term, as defined under applicable law, when you sign up for our Services, visit our Site, or interact with us through other channels. We use this information for a variety of purposes, as described herein, including to provide our Services to you, contact you about relevant content, and improve and promote our Services.
In providing our Services, we may process certain information about users on behalf of organizations with whom we have contracted to use our Services (“Customers”). In such circumstances, our Customers are the data controllers and we are the “data processor” or “service provider” (depending on applicable law). This means that our Customers are responsible for processing information in accordance with their own privacy policies and practices and otherwise complying with applicable data protection laws. When we act as a data processor, we will only process information about users using our Customer accounts according to the Customers’ instructions and the applicable agreement we have in place with our Customers, or as otherwise required by applicable law. In such circumstances, if you have any questions about the processing of your information, or would like to make any requests regarding your information, please contact your organization (our Customer) for assistance.
- Information We Collect and Use. When you use our Services, BRANDITO receives and collects certain information, including personal information. “Personal Information” includes any information that identifies, relates to, or describes, directly or indirectly, you as an individual, such as your name, email address, telephone number, business address, business affiliation, or other identifier by which you can be identified online or offline. The types and categories of Personal Information we collect or process depends on the Services you use, and could include the following types of information:
- Account and contact information, including name, address, email address, phone number, and other contact information you provide to us.
- Business information, including company name, job title, and professional background.
- Payment information (when necessary for billing purposes), including credit card or debit card information and information about the payment methods and services you use in connection with the Services.
- Invoicing information, such as primary billing contact and payment status.
- Account history, including information about your account, transactions, purchases (including item descriptions, quantities, colors, sizes, and quantity of item(s)), order history, or discounts.
- Device information, including your IP address, device identifiers, operating system and version, preferred language, hardware identifiers, browser type and settings, and other device information.

We may also collect:
- Statistics or aggregated information. Statistical or aggregated data does not directly identify a specific person, but we may derive non-personal statistical or aggregated data from Personal Information.
- Technical information. Technical information includes information about your internet connection and usage details about your interactions with the Services, such as clickstream information to, through, and from our Services (including date and time), products that you view or search for, page response times, download errors, length of your visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs) or methods used to browse away from a page.
If we combine or connect non-personal statistical or technical data with Personal Information so that it directly or indirectly identifies an individual, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information.
How We Collect Your Personal Information
We may collect several types of information directly from you or automatically from your use of our Services, including through our use of cookies and other tracking technologies.

- The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Technical Information
- Browser Cookies. Computers and other operating devices store cookies in their respective memories during a user’s browsing session. These cookies allow a user to efficiently navigate our Site and store a session ID that does not personally identify a user. These cookies provide BRANDITO information about how you use our Site and allow us to customize your experience. We may also use cookies to compile aggregate data, including, without limitation, user traffic on and user interaction with our Site. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. However, you may block cookies at any time by changing the preferences in your browser, deleting cookies, or both, from your hard drive or other operating device. You may also set the browser to notify you whenever you receive a new cookie. Please refer to your browser for information on how to disable and control cookies. Our Site may not function properly on your computer or other operating device, and certain features may not be available to you if you block or delete cookies.
- Flash Cookies. We may use other locally stored objects (“Flash Cookies”) stored in your hard drive or other operating device in addition to browser cookies. Flash Cookies do not automatically delete when you delete cookies from your browser. Further, Flash Cookies will be stored on your hard drive or other operating device when you use our Site even if you set your browser to not accept cookies. Flash Cookies technology is used for purposes of information security, fraud prevention, and to collect and store information about user preferences and navigation to and from our Site. Our Site may not function properly on your computer or other operating device, and certain features may not be available to you, if you disable or otherwise control or block Flash Cookies.
- Web Beacons. BRANDITO may use web beacons (i.e., clear GIFs or pixel tags) or similar technologies (“Web Beacons”) to collect technical information about (i) your use of our Site and (ii) your viewing and use of emails we send to you. Web Beacons are graphic image files embedded in a web page, website feature, or email that provide a presence on such website page, feature, or email. Web Beacons send back to its home server information from the user’s browser. We may use the information collected by Web Beacons to statistically monitor how many people use our Site, open our email, and for what purposes. We do not use Web Beacons to collect Personal Information. We also do not link Web Beacons with Personal Information you have otherwise given us.
Please note that if you have a legally-recognized browser-based opt out preference signal turned on via your device browser (such as a global privacy control) we recognize such preference in accordance with applicable law.
- Third-Party Analytics. In addition, we may use third-party analytics services on the Site, such as Google Analytics, to better understand visitor use and to improve our Site. The analytics providers that administer these services use cookies and other automated technologies to help us analyze your use of the Site. The information collected through these automated technologies (including IP address) may be disclosed to these analytics providers who use the information, for example, to evaluate use of the Site. We may re-associate information we receive from Google Analytics or other third party analytics providers with Personal Information for such purpose.
- Information we receive from analytics providers may include, without limitation, any ads you clicked on to arrive at our Site, purchases from affiliated links, navigation of our Site, content viewed or clicked on, and the frequency and duration of your activity on our Site.

We may also collect information about you from advertisers about your interactions with our ads or their sites. We will only collect and use that information to the extent that such collection and use is permitted by the third-party services. - From Business Partners and Service Providers. We may receive Personal Information about you from other sources and combine that with information we collect directly from you. For example, we may obtain information about you from service providers that we engage to perform services on our behalf.

- to delete your account login credentials, make your account inaccessible, and/or remove or anonymize any content you have posted to our Site or shared with others on our Site.
As stated at the beginning of this Policy, if you are using our Services as a user of a Customer account, and you would like to inquire about any of the rights discussed in this section, please contact the Customer for assistance.
- How We Retain Your Personal Information. We keep the categories of Personal Information described in this Policy for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or for as otherwise legally permitted or required, such as maintaining the Services, operating our organization, complying with our legal obligations, resolving disputes, and for safety, security, and fraud prevention. This means that we consider our legal and business obligations, potential risks of harm, and nature of the information when deciding how long to retain Personal Information. At the end of the retention period, Personal Information will be deleted, destroyed or deidentified.
- How We Protect Your Personal Information. We use commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures designed to protect your Personal Information from accidental loss or destruction and from unauthorized use, disclosure, access, deletion, and alteration. Please note, however, that no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage, or online service is completely secure. We do not want, and we do not knowingly collect, use, or share information that could be used to identify children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
- Data Processing and International Transfers. You agree to the data collection, processing, storing, sharing, transferring, and uses of your information as outlined in this Policy. You agree that we may transfer, process, store and use your information in countries other than your own, which may have different data protection laws than those in your country of residence.

This California Consumer Privacy Statement (this “Statement”) describes how BRANDITO, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and its implementing regulations (collectively, the “CCPA/CPRA”). It also describes the privacy rights of California residents under the CCPA/CPRA and how they can exercise those rights. This Statement applies solely to California residents and supplements our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). This Statement uses certain terms that have the meaning given to them in the CCPA/CPRA.
This Statement does not apply to information we collect in the context of a person’s role as a job applicant, employee, associate, contractor, or other member of our workforce.

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information with the purpose of inferring characteristics about California residents covered by this Statement.
Retention of Personal Information
We will retain your personal information for the time period reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and this Statement, or any other notice provided at the time of collection, and consistent with our retention policies. Our response will cover the 12-month period preceding the request, although we will honor reasonable requests to cover a longer period, unless doing so would be impossible or involves disproportionate effort. You may exercise your right to know twice within any 12-month period. Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will disclose to you:

Right to Delete and Right to Correct
