Can You Ship Internationally?
No, at this time the Company Store does not offer international shipping. If you need to ship an order internationally, please email merchsolutions@brandito.net for further information.
When Will I Receive My Order?
Your order will ship within two business days from Richmond, VA via FedEx Standard Overnight, with tracking sent straight to your email — you can also find it anytime in the Order History tab on your Account Dashboard for orders placed through the credit card site.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We heard you — shipping costs add up, so we partnered with FedEx to offer complimentary shipping on every Company Store order; simply enter your DID at checkout, and all orders will ship via FedEx Standard Overnight on Capital One's account.
Can I Ship to More Than One Address?
You can save multiple shipping addresses to your account, but each order ships to one address — for large drop ship orders, contact merchsolutions@brandito.net to explore a bulk fulfillment option for an additional fee.
How Do I Track a Shipped Order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email — or find it anytime by heading to your Account Dashboard, selecting Order History, and clicking "View Order Details" on any shipped order.
Who Do I Contact if My Merchandise Arrives Broken or Damaged From the Carrier?

What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to love your order — if something's not right, we'll make it right. We accept returns anytime on original-condition items, covering return shipping for damages or order errors, and you can kick off the process through the Contact Us page.

Can I Ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO/DPO?
We've got the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii covered — just note that AK/HI orders take up to 15 business days, and we're unable to ship to international or APO/FPO/DPO destinations at this time.
How Long Does It Take for a Refund To Be Processed?
We'll get back to you within 48 hours of receiving your return request with an update and next steps — for any refund delays after that, your financial institution will be your best resource.
Why is my DID Required at Checkout? Where Can I Find My DID?
As a thank-you for your Capital One brand pride, shipping on all Company Store orders is on us — shipping fees will be billed to your DID (find yours on OnePlace), so have it ready at checkout.
How Is Sales Tax Calculated?
Sales tax will be calculated at the time of checkout based on your shipping address. After entering your shipping address, you will see the tax value update in the order summary.
Can I Purchase a Gift Certificate? How Do I Shop With A Gift Certificate?
You can purchase gift cards by navigating to the "Gift cards" tab in the menu and clicking "Purchase a new gift card". From here, enter the requested information. At checkout, your gift card will be sent automatically to your recipient. If you've been sent a gift card, you'll receive a notification to your Capital One email address. Click "Shop Now" in your email to go directly to the store. At checkout, simply copy and paste your gift code to apply it. Need to find your code later? You can access your full gift card balance two ways: Click "Gift cards" in the menu and select "View my gift card wallet" from the dropdown. Or visit your Account Dashboard (the person icon in the top right corner) and select "Gift cards wallet" — there you'll find every gift card you've received along with remaining balances.
How Do I Cancel or Change an Order?
Need to cancel or make a change? Reach out to Customer Service at (800) 471-8233 or merchsolutions@brandito.net before your order ships — once it's on its way, you'll need to initiate a return through the Contact Us form, and note that cancellations and changes are never guaranteed.
How Do I Know That You Received My Order?
You will receive an Order Confirmation via email once you've completed checkout. If you have any questions or would like to confirm receipt of your order, contact Customer Service at (800) 471-8233 or merchsolutions@brandito.net.
I Placed an Order. Can I Change the Shipping Address?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped — for unshipped orders, contact Customer Service at (800) 471-8233 or merchsolutions@brandito.net, though changes are not guaranteed. If you've already received the order, initiate a return through the Contact Us form.

Payment methods cannot be changed after an order is placed — if your order hasn't shipped, contact Customer Service at (800) 471-8233 or merchsolutions@brandito.net to explore canceling and reordering with your preferred payment method.
